Yoga studios in Singapore

Angry, anxious, and upset 24/7? Welcome to adulting, my friend. Life may not always be a bed of roses, but hey, there are plenty of ways you can make it rosier – like clocking in some zen time at yoga studios.

We’ve rounded up some yoga studios in Singapore for you to visit and check out. Think hot yoga, beginner-friendly classes, and callisthenics-yoga sessions that’ll help you obtain a healthier body and mind. Leggo.

What are the different types of yoga available in Singapore?

Type of Yoga Description Best For
Hatha Yoga Slow-paced with basic poses and breathing techniques. Beginners improving flexibility and posture.
Vinyasa Yoga Dynamic, flow-based, syncing poses with breath. Building strength with cardio.
Ashtanga Yoga Structured sequence, physically demanding. Seasoned yogis seeking discipline and stamina.
Hot Yoga Practiced in a heated room for flexibility and detoxification. Those who enjoy sweating and deeper stretches.
Yin Yoga Meditative, holding poses for several minutes. Relaxation, stress relief, joint mobility.
Power Yoga Vigorous, fitness-focused yoga for strength and endurance. Challenging workouts.
Prenatal Yoga Tailored for pregnant women, focusing on safe poses and relaxation. Expecting moms easing pregnancy discomfort.
Aerial Yoga Yoga with hammocks for acrobatic poses. Adventurous yogis enhancing core strength.
Restorative Yoga Gentle poses held longer with props for total relaxation. Unwinding, healing from injuries.

What do I need for a yoga class?

If you’re going to a studio, a pair of yoga leggings and a longline sports bra or cotton tee should suffice, as equipment and props like mats and blocks should be provided. But here’s a yoga starter kit if you’d like to continue practicing yoga at home:

  • Yoga mat: Non-slip and thick are factors you’ll want to consider, as they’ll prevent mats from moving and provide padding when you’re on your knees. Optional: A yoga mat carrier strap that’ll make transporting your mat more convenient.
  • Yoga blocks: A set of 2 will provide stability while holding certain poses.
  • Yoga straps: Used in more advanced yoga poses to deepen stretches.

Choosing the right yoga studio for you

If you’re new to yoga, it can be difficult to decide which yoga studio to go with. Here are a few things to look out for when you’re shopping around:

  • Class size: a small class size is ideal for beginners as the instructor can pay more attention to each student. They can offer corrections to your form or assist you in deepening your stretches, which can be just what you need to start practising yoga more regularly.
  • Location: buying a membership with a larger yoga studio brand such as Yoga Movement or Jal Yoga can grant you access to their multiple outlets islandwide, which is convenient if you want to have the option to attend classes near your home and office. In contrast, if you have a pretty fixed schedule, you can consider joining a smaller yoga studio with fewer outlets instead, especially if those studios have smaller class sizes.
  • Class types available: apart from the usual mat yoga classes, several yoga studios like PURE Yoga and Club Yoga offer specialty classes such as aerial yoga or rope yoga, which can be a nice mixup for more experienced yogis.

Bonus tip: if you want to keep your options open, you can also get a ClassPass subscription and attend classes at a variety of studios to get a feel of how each studio conducts their yoga sessions!

Visit these yoga studios in Singapore

And there you have it – the best yoga studios in Singapore to check out, ranging from the types of classes available to the price range and locations. All that’s left to do is don your favourite workout fit and head out the door. Namaste, babes.

Free workouts in Singapore

In true Singaporean fashion, our eyes twinkle whenever we see the word “free”. Better yet – free stuff with no long queues. This may sound too good to be true, but it really isn’t.

We know how rare cheap gym packages are. So, with the added incentive of improving your health, you’ll want to chope your spot at these free workouts in Singapore. From yoga and HIIT to a fun cardio sesh, all you have to do is pick a class, show up, and slay.

What do I need to exercise?

For a free workout in Singapore, a basic gym kit would be sufficient. It’s unlikely you’ll be able to shower after you’re done, so bringing a pack of facial cleansing wipes can get grease and sweat off your face to prevent blemishes. Here’s what we recommend:

1. Parkrun

Train for 5km runs with a diverse group of people

Free workouts in Singapore - parkrun sg

Runners who prefer training in a group, listen up. Parkrun is a free weekly community event where you can go on a 5km run with a bunch of runners from all walks of life. If inertia is weighing you down, join this group of people simulating a competitive race for motivation; all without the pressure of having to finish by a certain time.

There are even volunteers who act as spectators to cheer you on so you get all the feels of running for a race. The event happens every Saturday morning at East Coast Park, West Coast Park, Bishan Park, and Bay East Garden. You won’t get a medal but if you are the top male and female runner of the week, your name will be announced on the Parkrun website.

2. Yoga Nikam

Basic & intermediate yoga courses

Free workouts in Singapore - yoga nikam

Yogi wannabes who have been looking to get certified to start teaching can check out Yoga Nikam. Unlike most yoga studios, the organisation offers basic and intermediate yoga courses at various spots across the island for free. Just head to their website to check out the schedule for when the next 12-session cycle starts and then show up on the first day to register yourself.

All sessions are 2 hours long and happen every week at certain CCs, malls, parks, and temples. If you’ve already got a basic certification but have been out of touch for a while, there’s also a refresher course. The only catch is that there is no prior online registration; so you just have to be physically present early and try your luck at getting a spot in the class.

You’ll need to bring your own yoga mat too, which can be easily bought online. Buy a yoga mat on Amazon.

3. Decathlon

Sports activities all over the island

Besides enjoyable team activities such as football and futsal, there are also individual programmes such as HIIT, bootcamp, and circuit training. The kids won’t be left out either with classes for them to learn new skills such as inline skating, gymnastics, and floorball. If you just need some company to motivate you to get off your couch and exercise, then join the Decathlon Running Club.

Not only do you get to work out in the beautiful Singapore Botanic Gardens, but you can also make a bunch of new friends. From skipping ropes to burpees, these HIIT sessions are not for the faint-hearted. So, join in if you have some experience or want to give yourself the extra push.

Free running tracks in Singapore

There are many ways to get into the groove of the #fitspo life in SG – think cycling, hiking and an outdoor excursion to our many nature parks like Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. But if you thrive on lacing up the track shoes, these free running tracks in Singapore may be what you need to iron up your stamina with zero distractions.

What are the benefits of running?

While you might already know how useful running is when it comes to losing weight, there are many other benefits you may not know about from improving mental health to reducing risks of certain health issues.

In general, every 1km run is equivalent to 60 calories burned, though this varies on many factors like age and intensity of the run. For those focusing on weight loss, aim to get your heart rate into the fat-burning zone, which is about 70%-80% of your maximum heart rate. To get your approximate maximum heart rate, multiply your age by 0.7 before subtracting it from 208.

Other pros of running include positive impacts on your mental health. When we run or exercise, endorphins and other chemicals like serotonin and dopamine – happy hormones, are released which reduce the feeling of stress and anxiety. Running also helps to regulate sleep patterns and increases sleep quality by keeping the circadian rhythm in check.

In the long run, running can significantly reduce your risk of illnesses and diseases like osteoporosis, diabetes, stroke, and even cancer.

How to increase your running stamina?

When it comes to building up stamina, take it slow and easy by following a progressive training plan. This means gradually increasing the distance you run weekly by about 10% each week. You can also try incorporating longer runs at a slower pace to get your body used to the distance.

How to prepare for a run?

Being in the proper attire can improve performance and reduce the chances of injury, so make sure you’ve got appropriate running gear. Here are some essentials you’ll need:

24-hour gyms in Singapore

Working out is already exhausting, but it’s even shaggier when you have to chiong back after work to squeeze in a workout just before the gym closes. To relieve you of this pressure, we’ve sourced these 24-hour gyms all around the island to help you get your workout in any time you want.

When’s the best time to go to the gym?

24-hour gyms - dumbbell workoutImage credit: @boomsingapore via Instagram

Research has shown that our body temperature fluctuates throughout the day and it’s the highest from the afternoon to late evening. Thus, the most ideal period to workout would be from 2pm-6pm, as the high body temperature will maximise muscle strength and fuel us with more glycogen that gives us energy.

Of course, getting in a workout at any time of the day is better than not going to the gym at all. Going in the middle of the night would mean a smaller crowd, so there are fewer distractions and less of a wait for machines and equipment you want to use.

What do I need to bring to the gym?

Gyms in Singapore already provide you with all the equipment you need for your workouts, but here’s what else you’ll need to pack in your gym bag for a safe workout:

How do I train at the gym?

If you’re not sure how to start, you can check out fitness youtubers such as Tyler Path and Naomi Kong, who have many beginner-friendly video tutorials on workout routines for beginners.

24-hour gyms - group workoutImage adapted from: @amplify.fitness via Instagram

Depending on which part of your body you are planning to get in shape, there are different workout routines involving treadmills, weight lifts, and dumbbells. For those looking to burn body fat, you’ll want to get some cardio in by hopping on to the treadmills, starting at a walking pace of 3.5mph before increasing the speed.

If you are looking to train your upper core, most of the gyms will have chest press and weight lifting machines that can train your arms through bodyweight exercises. Just be careful if you’re using these machines for the first time, as we advise you get a spotter to help you out or gauge the right weight you should be lifting.

Affordable activewear brands in Singapore

Somehow, we always think that a higher price = higher quality; this applies to clothes like activewear too. You’re going to be squatting, stretching and contorting your body in a multitude of positions, and the last thing you’d want is for a split in your leggings.

However, quality doesn’t always have to come with a hefty price tag. From local brands to Shopee stores and chain retailers, here are affordable activewear stores you can check out that won’t hurt your bank accounts.

How to find my size for activewear?

1. Get the right measurements – bust, waist & hip

The best and easiest way to get the right fit is to measure yourself and compare your measurements to the sizing charts provided by the clothing company you’re buying from. Be sure to stand up in a neutral stance to get the most accurate measurements. You’ll also want to measure the fullest or widest part of your bust, waist, and hip to get the right number. Don’t suck in your belly to trim off an inch or two; you want to be comfortable during a workout.

2. Consider the fabric of your activewear

Spandex, lycra, or elastane is what gives activewear its stretchability, but you’ll usually see this blended with other fabrics like nylon, polyester, and cotton to increase their breathability and moisture-wicking properties. Here’s a quick overview of popular activewear fabrics:

Fabric Breathability Moisture-wicking ability Stretchability
Nylon Yes Yes High
Polyester Yes Yes Medium
Cotton Yes No, but absorbs moisture well Low

For intense workouts where you’ll be sweating quite a bit, go for a fabric mix of 10%-20% spandex or lycra, with 80%-90% polyester or nylon. This will ensure the activewear is moisture-wicking enough so you aren’t feeling damp throughout your workout.

Since such blends have high stretchability, it might be tempting to size down if you’re in between sizes, but this can restrict your movement. In this case, sizing up will be more comfortable and will allow for more flexibility.

Lower impact workouts like walking and yoga can benefit from a 5%-10% spandex and 90%-95% cotton blend for more comfort. In-betweeners can size down for this, since there’s enough spandex to keep it slightly stretchy for light movements.

3. Choose the right impact level for your sports bra

This may be more applicable for the curvier ones out there, but it’s good knowledge to have for anyone picking out a sports bra. 2 rules to remember: high impact bras hold breasts in place and prevent bounce; and if you’re above a D-cup, go one impact higher for any activity you plan to do.

What to know before going to your first spin class?

You might have heard of newbie spinners getting rhabdomyolysis, where muscles break down rapidly. But this medical condition can be easily avoided by going to a beginner’s class and listening to your body. If you feel your legs tiring out, take the saddle instead.

In addition, here are a couple of tips ensure your indoor cycling class in Singapore goes smoothly:

What to wear to spin class?

A regular gym kit would do just fine for a spin class.

Do note that you don’t want to wear flared leggings while on a spin bike, just in case the leggings get caught in the wheels of the bike.

It’s not necessary to buy your own cycle shoes or cleats, as most spin studios will provide them. If not, the bike should have a cage pedal where you can slide in your sneakers to ride. If you do want to buy your own cycle shoes, check with the spin studio you’re with on the cleats they use. The most common are:

How to adjust spin bike?

Most spin studios use either Stages or Schwinn spin bikes, and the setup for both are similar. Stand next to your bike and position your seat at your hip bone. Your handlebars should be about the same height as your seat or just 1-2 inches higher. Shift your handlebars forward so that the space between the seat and adjustment knob of the bars is the length of your forearm (elbow to fingertips).

What is proper posture when indoor cycling?

Stand on your pedals and put your hands on the furthest part of the handlebars (usually referred to as top or position 3). Your spine should be in a neutral position and your core should be engaged.

Keep your elbows slightly bent and your wrists light on the handlebars. Relax your shoulders away from your ears and roll them back to ride comfortably. When you stand, your leg should be able to extend comfortably without your knees locking.

How should I warm up or cool down for a spin class?

Once you’re strapped in, it’s a good idea to start pedalling out your legs to get them warmed up. The first 2 songs played are usually at a moderate tempo to increase your heart rate slowly and steadily. If you feel any discomfort during this time, take the saddle and stay seated to prevent injury.

After class, your instructor should go through stretches for your glutes and quads to prevent muscle cramping. You should continue stretching at home as well – use a foam roller to knead out tight muscles. It’s also a good idea to stay hydrated and replenish with electrolytes for faster muscle recovery.

What are the benefits of indoor spin classes?

Indoor spin classes have plenty of benefits that will help improve your overall health:

  • Cardiovascular health: increases stamina and heart health.
  • High calorie burn: expect to burn 400-600 calories in a 45-60-minute spin session.
  • Low impact: great for those with weak knee or hip joints.
  • Muscle strength: while you’re mainly working the legs, maintaining proper posture also strengthens your core.

ActiveSG gyms in Singapore

Remember the ancient times of the Circuit Breaker era when everyone was working out at home and trying to get abs? Well, with the WFO life back in full swing, it seems like our chances of becoming fitspo are slimmer than ever. Factoring in the time spent at work, commuting, and our general shag-ness after knocking off, buying an expensive gym membership can often feel like a complete waste of money.

With locations scattered all over Singapore and the lowest pay-per-use prices, ActiveSG gyms are your best bet when it comes to working on your fitness. Here are all 29 ActiveSG gyms in Singapore sorted by location, including the different facilities and equipment at each branch.

kopi, but Singaporeans can even get $100 ActiveSG credits when they sign up for a free membership using SingPass. Beyond just hitting the gym, these credits can be used to book ActiveSG facilities such as badminton courts, fields to have a round of soccer with your mates, and even BBQ pits.

All ActiveSG gyms have the following basic equipment and facilities to fit every workout routine, suited to gym-goers with different experience levels and fitness goals:

  • Cardio machines
  • Free weights
  • Stacked weights

Pilates studios in Singapore

You’ve seen it on TikTok and Instagram; even K-pop idols say that this is the workout to get on. That’s right, we’re talking about pilates. Originally employed by professional dancers in the early 20th century to prevent injuries and enhance flexibility, this exercise has evolved into a comprehensive, full-body, and low-impact workout accessible to everyone.

Pilates works various muscle groups to build control over your body’s movements, and is a great way to get that spicy beach bod. From “hot” pilates classes to affordable packages, we’ve rounded up several pilates studios in Singapore to check out. Time to breathe in, breathe out, and scroll on.

What do I need for a pilates class?

Form-fitting exercise clothes are ideal for pilates classes so that your instructor will be able to see your posture and correct your form as needed. Men can opt for gym shorts and a more form-fitting t-shirt, while women ideally should wear a longline sports bra, and pilates leggings. Grip socks are a must to prevent slipping on the mat, reformer, or any other pilates equipment.

Types of pilates classes in Singapore

Mat pilates

Mat pilates entails a sequence of exercises executed on the floor, utilising gravity and your body weight for resistance. The main objective is to strengthen your deeper, stabilising muscles to enhance posture, balance, and coordination.

It offers an accessible and beginner-friendly foundation to help you understand the basics of pilates, before eventually moving onto pilates workouts which involve equipment.

Reformer pilates

Reformer pilates makes use of a reformer machine, which is operated through the resistance of springs and pulleys that are used to push and pull the sliding carriage. It is a low-impact workout that targets isolated muscle groups.

Contrary to popular belief, reformer pilates is not necessarily harder than mat pilates. The main difference is that mat pilates relies more on body weight and groundwork, while the level of resistance you get using the reformer can be easily adjusted with its springs and pulleys.

For those with injuries or have a limited level of mobility, the reformer method can serve as a safer alternative and provide more assistance as you do the exercises.

Chair pilates

Chair pilates uses a contraption called, well, the pilates chair. It is a contraption fitted with springs, pedals, and handles so you can get a full-body workout that also works your balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Fun fact: chair pilates workouts are so effective at improving your arm and leg strength that it is a popular training method for athletes partaking in the likes of soccer, rugby, track, and hockey.

Cadillac pilates

Don’t be intimidated by this complex machine that resembles a massage bed mixed with acrobatic fixtures. A pilates Cadillac is essentially a raised platform fitted with an overhead trapeze. The trapeze is able to hold attachments like various bars, handles, and springs such that you can accomplish different pilates moves and target a range of muscle groups.

Cadillac pilates classes are usually an option reserved for private classes. It’s definitely a level-up to consider if you’ve already conquered other forms of pilates. For those who have mobility difficulties, the elevated platform in Cadillac pilates also makes it gentler on the joints to get on and off of, as compared to mat pilates which involves lowering oneself onto the floor.

13. Jal Yoga

Try “hot” pilates

Pilates Studios In Singapore - jal yoga

Jal Yoga

“Hot” pilates might just be the new hot thang. For the uninitiated, imagine you’re doing pilates in a sauna – but Jal Yoga uses infrared panels instead so the room is less stuffy. Benefits are aplenty for this form of pilates, including improved circulation, detoxification of the body, and pain-relieving effects.

This concept is still pretty rare in Singapore, so it’s worth a try to see if you’re up for this interesting workout class. And with 6 studios located at Alexandra, Bukit Timah, Katong, Kovan, Thomson, and Woodlands, you’ll be able to easily find a class to join. Get in touch with the studio to redeem a trial session at no charge. Afterwards, you can get individual class credits from $22-$41/session depending on the type of class, or purchase an unlimited class pass from $125/month.

Types of pilates available: Mat, mat with infrared heat

Jal Yoga review: “The Woodlands outlet is a small studio which only has 1 class at a time. The classes are great! I’m a total beginner but the instructor ensured that I could keep up. I get such a good workout here. The admin staff are very friendly and helped with finding the best package for me. The only downsides are that my package can only be used in Woodlands so I can’t try other outlets, and the weekday night classes get fully booked really fast.”

Pilates Flow

We’re talking about the basics here at Pilates Flow. No additional jumps, kicks, or equipment – the classes here stick to the traditional pilates work which is great for beginners looking to try out a new form of workout.

How many times a week is it ideal to go for pilates?

3 times a week is usually the recommended schedule for pilates if you want to see a difference in your body strength and tone. However, if you already have a regular exercise routine, then going to pilates once or twice weekly is sufficient.

Is pilates alone enough exercise?

The short answer is that it depends. If your primary goal is to maintain your overall health, then it’s perfectly fine to have pilates be the only exercise that you do. However, for more specific fitness or weight loss goals, it might be better to pair your pilates routine with other forms of physical activity, such as cardio or strength training.

What is the difference between yoga & pilates?

Pilates focuses on enhancing body control and muscle endurance, while yoga is grounded in spiritual practices that establish a connection between the body, mind, and spirit through a flowing sequence of movements.

Additionally, yoga tends to place more emphasis on improving your flexibility and deep breathing techniques. It also tackles broader muscle groups while pilates is widely known for core strength, with most movements stemming from the centre of the body.

Check out these pilates studios in Singapore

Achieve your toned body goals without worrying about bulking up with these pilates studios in Singapore. Hop on the pilates bandwagon and sign up for a class to get started on your new fitness journey. Depending on your budget or workout preference, you’ll definitely be able to find one that suits you best. Xoxo, pilates girl.

What do I need to bring to the gym?

Yes, gym clothes and shoes are a must. But if you want to optimise your workout, here’s a complete list of things you need to bring to the gym:

  • Gym bag: Space isn’t the only factor you’ll want to consider in picking a gym bag. If you’re heading to the office after the gym, you’ll want one with separate compartments to store your sweaty clothes and gym shoes to keep everything else clean and dry.
  • Gym clothes: Sweat-wicking is the de facto for gym attire these days. But apart from there, picking what you wear to the gym also depends on the workouts you’ll be doing. Loose-fitting tees and shorts are great for strength and cardio training. Swop out shorts for compression leggings to absorb some shock as you work out.
  • Gym shoes: Get a pair you can do multiple workouts in, such as for running and weight training. They should be cushioned to absorb the impact of you hitting the treadmill, yet light and breathable so they don’t add weight to your movements.
  • Water bottle: Insulated ones keep water cold so you can get a refreshing drink after a good sweat. Pack a shaker bottle if you plan on consuming protein shakes post workout.
  • Towel: Most gyms provide at least a small towel to wipe yourself down. But you might want to bring an extra for use in the shower. Microfibre towels are recommended as they are lightweight and absorbent.
  • Shower essentials: Not all gyms provide soap and shampoo so you’ll want to bring your own. A clarifying shampoo will ensure sweat doesn’t clog your follicles, which can cause dandruff. Conditioner isn’t a must but it’s helpful in keeping hair moisturised, if you’re washing your hair multiple times a day. Make sure you bring a facial wash as well – sweat and dirt cause breakouts.
  • Protein powder & bars: Gym rats already know that a higher protein intake is necessary for muscle growth and recovery. And, protein powder is best consumed right after you drop your weights. You can switch out a protein shake for a protein bar for more fibre to keep you feeling fuller longer.
Find out more about protein powder.
  • Electrolytes: As you workout, your body doesn’t just lose water as you sweat, you also lose minerals like sodium and potassium that are necessary in preventing muscle aches. Adding electrolytes to your water will help you hydrate faster and keep your body’s pH in balance.

How to train at the gym?

Your first time at the gym can be intimidating, especially if you aren’t sure on how to workout. All gyms should have trainers who can help explain how to use a machine if you’re unfamiliar with them. If not, stick to weights and cardio machines if you’re not confident in setting up the machines.

Here’s a 1-week gym workout plan that covers strength and cardio for a full-body workout.

Day Focus Workout
1 Full-Body Strength Strength

3 sets of 10-12 reps each:

  • Leg press
  • Lat pulldown
  • Dumbbell chest press
  • Dumbbell deadlift

Cardio

  • Treadmill: 15-20 minutes brisk walk or slow jog
2 Cardio & Core Strength

3 sets of 10-12 reps each:

  • Cable wood chopper
  • Dumbbell/Medicine ball  Russian twists
  • Leg raises

Cardio

  • Stationary bike: 30-second sprints every 5 minutes for 20 minutes
  • Mountain climbers: 3 x 20-30 seconds
3 Active Recovery Go for a stroll, swim, or do light stretches without overworking your muscles
4 Upper Body Strength Strength

3 sets of 10-12 reps each:

  • Seated row
  • Overhead dumbbell press
  • Dumbbell bicep curl
  • Tricep pushdown
  • Push-ups (regular or on knees)

Cardio

  • Stair climber or inclined treadmill: 15-20 minutes at moderate pace
5 Lower Body Strength Strength

3 sets of 10-12 reps

  • Leg press
  • Glute bridge with dumbbell
  • Dumbbell step-ups
  • Hamstring curl
  • Standing calf raise

Cardio

  • Stationary bike: 1-min sprints followed by 2-min slow paced cycle for 15 minutes
6 Cardio & Flexibility Cardio

  • Treadmill, bike, elliptical: Maintain moderate pace for 20 minutes on any machine

Recovery

  • Hold various stretches for 3-5 minutes at a time for 45 minutes
7 Rest Let your body rest by taking it easy. Go for a slow walk or take a sound bath

How much weight should I lift?

Pick a comfortable weight that will allow you to complete your sets with good form. You’ll know you’ve hit the sweet spot when each set gets increasingly harder and slower, without you shaking or dropping the weight.

If you find yourself breezing through your workout, it’s time to increase your weights! Do it incrementally and work out at your new weight for 1-2 weeks before adding on more.

Their gyms come fully equipped with everything from elliptical machines to free weights, so you’re in good hands here. Some ActiveSG gyms also even come with facilities that cater to people with disabilities – like braille dots on the treadmill user panels, and a “hearing induction loop” system.

If you plan on adding swimming to your cardio routine, you can also sign up for MyActiveSWIM which grants you unlimited access to ActiveSG swimming pools. Prices start at $10/month for adults.

Price: From $6.67/month (12-month commitment)
Amenities: Locker, shower, pool (additional price)

ActiveSG review: “The [Katong ActiveSG Gym] is one of the smaller ActiveSG gyms in Singapore that has a decent range of equipment. It’s sufficient for beginners and gets the job done for me personally. Just a heads-up, the gym can get busy with secondary school students in the afternoon, which means you might need to share machines.”

The honest truth is that some outlets are better than others (better service, better equipment). I like the option to be able to gym anywhere I like, especially if my schedule for the week is not fixed with meetings at odd places.”
