Best aquarium shops in Singapore

One might think that keeping aquatic pets is easy, cheap, and low-maintenance – what else do they do besides swim around, right? That might be true if you plan to fill your aquarium with just water. After all, good quality aquarium accessories, plus maintenance, can get really expensive.

For those looking to add some aquatic life into their homes, or even hobbyists who want to find rare fishes, here are some of the best aquarium shops in Singapore, including budget-friendly all-in-ones and specialty fish stores.

What are the easiest pet fish to keep?

In terms of maintenance levels and less complex care routines, here’s a list of the best fish to get:

  • Guppies: Neither aggressive nor picky with their food.
  • Neon tetras: Adaptive and can live in water pH of 6-8.
  • Zebra danios – Able to tolerate temperatures of 22°C-30°C and water pH of 7-8.
  • White cloud mountain minnows – Tolerable in water temperatures from 18°C-26°C, and water pH of 6-8.
  • Goldfish: Commonly available and can survive in water temperatures from 20°C-23°C and water pH of 7-8.4
  • Pygmy corydoras – Cute lil’ introverts known for having a calm, peaceful, and non-aggressive temperament.

How big should my fish tank be?

A safe tank size would be 80L for first-time tank owners, but going with a 10 gallon or 5 gallon tank is perfectly fine as well. As a general rule of thumb, it’s about 1 litre of water per 1cm of fish. And when in doubt, it’s best to understock your aquarium to avoid crowding.

Do note, it’s always best to consult the store owners in case the species you’re planning on purchasing require bougie living conditions.

What essentials are needed for an aquarium?

Just water, a tank, and fish pellets aren’t enough. Here are some vet-approved essentials according to The Spruce Pets, that you’ll need to ensure the longevity of your fish.

Fort Canine Swimming Club at Clarke Quay

As a pastime activity, we love visiting cat cafes in Singapore and even pet cafes in JB. However, the pawrents amongst us have pets whom we may sometimes tend to neglect due to our busy working schedules. If your doggos are in need of some pampering, treat them to some tender loving care at Fort Canine Swimming Club – a new pet recreation centre with a mineral pool.

What kind of dog pool is at Fort Canine Swimming Club?

Fort Canine Swimming Club has a mineral pool for dogs to swim in. Mineral pools have lower concentrations of chlorine compared to regular pools, and they contain minerals like magnesium and potassium chloride. These minerals provide benefits like stimulated hydration, muscle relaxation, and detoxification.

Mineral pools are more suitable for pets as they are gentle on the eyes and sensitive skin, providing a safe environment for your pets to swim in comfortably.

What services does Fort Canine Swimming Club offer?

Located at Clarke Quay, Fort Canine Swimming Club is a new addition to the pet facilities in Singapore, boasting the largest indoor dog pool enriched with minerals such as magnesium. The pool was built by Mutts & Mittens, a highly-rated doggy daycare centre that offers pet boarding services.

What makes this indoor pool extra pet-friendly is its sloped floors, rest areas for your pets when they are tired, and even life jackets for those doggos that can’t swim. Plus, the mineral-enriched water is heated and salt-free, so you don’t have to worry if your pet has sensitive skin.

Fort Canine Swimming Club - The Pet Physio

Apart from bonding activities in their pool, they also have The Pet Physio – a team of experienced dog therapists who aim to help your pets recover from injuries with advanced medical treatments. Their physiotherapy services include dry needling, laser therapy, peripheral magnetic stimulation, and hydrotherapy which are done to relieve pains and inflammations.

Fort Canine Swimming Club - The Pets Workshop

In collaboration with The Pets Workshop, a pet grooming centre with multiple outlets in Singapore, you can now send your pets for a spa and grooming session at Fort Canine Swimming Club too.

Providing grooming services since 2021, the team here has trained stylists with SKC Class C certifications, so you can rest assured your pet will be in good hands. For their grooming services, they offer haircuts, bath and fluff, and dental checkups.

We suggest trying out the Herbal Spa Treatment (from $30), where more than 20 herbs are used to heal skin conditions such as eczema and yeast infections.

Purrsa Malam 2024 at Wisma Geylang Serai

Pasar malams are a dime a dozen – there’s probably one in your neighbourhood right now. But we’re willing to bet you’ve never seen one that caters specifically to the internet’s favourite animal: the cat. Enter Purrsa Malam, a cat-themed market happening this weekend from 17th-18th August 2024.

So what does a pasar malam for cats entail? Food (for humans), of course, but also shops where you can stock up on cat toys, scratching posts, and even cat-related merch. Details below:

Free microchipping for cats

Cat owners in Singapore already know this but it bears repeating: cats have finally been approved to stay in HDBs officially. But, all owned cats – not just the ones living in HDBs – will need to be microchipped and licenced from 1st September 2024.

If you’ve yet to get your feline babies microchipped, here’s your chance to get it done for free at Purrsa Malam. Just register online on the Purrsa Malam website for either date of the weekend market. Just note that each registration is for a single cat, so if you’re a proud owner of a pride, be sure to re-register for each one.

Slots are limited and walk-ins may not be attended to, so get to signing up ASAP.

F&B options for both humans & pets

A pasar malam is simply not a pasar malam if there isn’t any food. Purrsa Malam has this part well-covered with their slew of F&B vendors. Sink your teeth into delectable seasoned fries by The Fryes Guys if all you need is a light bite to stave off the munchies.

Hungrier folks can get kimbap rolls filled with tuna mayo, marinated chicken, or beef bulgogi by Kueh & Rolls. There are drinks too, such as coffee from Indonesian specialty brewers Tanamera.

For your cat burglars who always sneak bits of food off your plate, they’ll have their fair share of treats thanks to Kitar Cats. They’ll be selling mini raw food meals and treats for your kitties to snack on. If they take a liking to it, you’ll even be able to order their raw food meals to be delivered to your home.

What to do after your pet passes away

Having a pet is an incomparable and enriching experience – but their lifespan is unfortunately much shorter than ours. The truth is, many of us will have to deal with the tragic passing of our beloved pets.

It’s important to allow yourself some time to grieve over the loss of your fur-kid, but there are duties you need to take note of during this tough period as well. Here is compiled list of everything Singaporeans need to know and do when a pet passes away:

What are NEA regulations after my pet dies?

The guidelines for dealing with your pet’s body varies depending on its size. For small pets like hamsters, rabbits and fish, their bodies can actually be put in a black refuse bag and disposed of together with general waste in the bin. Otherwise, cremation ceremonies are available for those who’d prefer to bid their furbabies a proper goodbye.

Pet dog in lap

Not many would have the heart to toss their dog or cat down the chute in the first place, but did you know that it is actually against NEA’s guidelines as well? According to their waste disposal guidelines, larger animals like cats and dogs have to be sent to a commercial animal crematorium.

Some people have also attempted to drop their deceased pets off at waste incineration sites for an alternative form of cremation. For those wondering if that can be done, the answer is no, as the plants are designed to only take in waste from the refuse trucks.

What types of pet cremation are there in Singapore?

It would be magical if our pets could leave this world in a beautiful glow of sparkles as they do in fairy tales. But in real life, we have to acknowledge that a deceased pet’s physical body remains after it passes and has to be cremated as soon as possible in a proper, responsible manner.

The 3 main types of cremation available are:

  1. Communal cremation – Several animals will be cremated together without partition, and you won’t be able to attend the cremation. The ashes are often scattered at sea.
  2. Individual cremation – Your pet will be cremated with other animals but separated by a partition, so you’ll still be able to collect the unmixed ashes afterwards.
  3. Private – Each pet gets its own chamber and you’ll be allowed to attend the cremation ceremony, and also collect the ashes at the end.

If your pet passes on at the vet, through euthanasia or otherwise, most clinics will offer to contact a cremation service so you won’t have to do it yourself.

Scattering or storing of ashes

Paws to Heaven sea scattering service

One of the most common methods is sea scattering, where the ashes will be released at sea. Available at most crematoria, this is a good option for those who prefer to let their pets’ remains return to the circle of life.

Those who have opted for individual or private cremation will also have the option to keep the ashes in an urn to display at home, or store it at an animal columbarium. In recent years, there has also been a rising trend of turning the ashes into wearable trinkets, which may appeal to those who like to keep the memories close.

5 Tips To Ensure Your Flat Is Cat Safe, Now That Keeping Them In HDBs Will Be Legal Soon https://thesmartlocal.com/read/hdb-cat-tips/ Mon, 13 May 2024 02:00:27 +0000 https://thesmartlocal.com/?p=322693 Did you know scented candles can be harmful?

Tips for cat owners in apartments

After nearly a 35-year ban, cats will soon be legal to own in HDBs. That’s a win for any of us who identify as a cat lady or man. It means we’ll no longer have to resort to visiting cat cafes regularly or heading to the void deck to pet a cat.

But before you start asking the cat distribution system to drop one at your home, you’ll want to make sure your apartment is up to code. We’ve got tips to ensure your flat is cat-safe:

1. Mesh all windows, balconies & your door

Keeping your cats indoors is the best way to ensure your cats’ safety. Meshing all possible openings – windows, balconies, and doors – is a must if you plan on keeping a cat or two in your home.

hdb cat tips - mesh on windows

For one, they’re curious creatures with no sense of danger. Cats will pounce on birds and other prey with no regard for how high up they are. With a mesh on the window or grilles on your balcony, kitties will have a barricade preventing them from falling from a height.

Meshing your door will also prevent your cat from wandering out of your home where they might be subjected to dangers like poisonous plants or even territorial feral cats that may fight.

hdb cat tips - invisible grilles for balcony

We’ll caution against getting flimsy plastic meshes though. Responsible pet owners will want to invest in proper installations done by professionals. Don’t worry about these spoiling the look of your home either. These days, there are pet-friendly mesh gates that match plenty of home aesthetics and invisible grilles that don’t block your view from the balcony.

2. Get rid of toxic plants, whether indoors or outdoors

hdb cat tips - toxic plants
Monsteras are also known as the “Swiss-cheese plant” and should not be in homes that have cats.

If you’re making the switch from plant-rent to paw-rent, you might want to take inventory of the greenery in your home. A number of common plants are toxic to cats, including money plants, aloe vera, devil’s ivy, snake plants, philodendrons, and monsteras. When ingested, these can cause vomiting, diarrhoea, and seizures. In worst-case scenarios, your pet might pass away.

hdb cat tips - poisonous flowers

This goes for plants you might grow in your corridors as well. While your cats may be fully indoors, flower pollen can get blown into your house and harm your cat. All species of lilies and chrysanthemums especially are deadly, so keep these flowers far from your home to protect your furbabies.

3. Do not keep scented candles in the same room as your cats

Since cats do their business in litter boxes, it might be tempting to light scented candles to get rid of the smell. But the fumes from the essential oils used could be toxic to cats. In fact, even having unlit scented candles in the same room as your cats may be harmful. Popular scents that can cause organ failure in cats include lavender and eucalyptus if ingested.

hdb cat tips - scented candles

If you do want to continue using scented candles or essential oil diffusers, just ensure that your cats are kept in a separate room when doing so. That way, there’s little chance of your cats breathing in any toxic fumes. Plus, it’ll prevent them from knocking over lit candles and causing a fire.

hdb cat tips - air purifier
You might even want to invest in an air purifier to clear the air of any leftover fumes after burning a candle.

Do air out the room by opening the windows and switching on a fan before letting your cats back in. To be extra cautious, store your unused candles and oils in airtight containers to prevent your pets from getting to them.

4. Get cat condos & towers for your cats to climb up

Cats are climbers by nature and if outdoors, you’ll see them climbing trees and walls. It’s unlikely you have either of these indoors, so it’s bookshelves and wardrobes you’ll find your kitty jumping into. This isn’t always the safest, especially if your shelves are lined with fragile knick-knacks that can be knocked over by cheeky kitties.

hdb cat tips - cat towers and condos

Your best bet is to get cat condos and towers, so your cats have something else to climb. Get ones that have hiding holes near the top for your cats to sleep in as well. These provide a sense of security for them since they prefer being high up. You can even get towers where the poles are also scratching posts – these will save your furniture from being clawed up by your cats too.

5. Keep electrical wires out of reach

Just about any cat video on the internet shows a furry feline going wild chasing after a piece of string. Pulling a string kicks a cat’s hunting instincts into gear. And guess what looks like a cat’s favourite string toy? Your electrical wires.

hdb cat tips - wire cord organisation
Store wires out of reach in drawers or consoles.

It goes without saying then that you’ll want your wires stored away to prevent your cats from getting to them. You can hide them in consoles or at the very least, bundle your cords together with velcro or cable ties.

The same applies to fans and curtain blinds that have pull strings. You might want to change your fans to remote-controlled ones or cut the string so they’re shorter and harder to reach. For blinds, keep cords out of reach by hanging them onto a hook.

Keep your pet healthy & safe with Pet Pal

With these tips, you’ll be ensuring the safety of your cats. Now all you have to concern yourself with is making sure they live a healthy lifestyle so they’ll be your companion for as long as possible. That’s where Pet Pal comes in, a brand that offers cat wet food and cat litter.

Pet ownership rules in Singapore

It is a known fact that humans cannot resist the draw of adorable furry companions. From spending whole afternoons with tabbies at cat cafes to volunteering at animal shelters, they’ve got us wrapped around their tiny paws – and claws.

Perhaps you’re already sold on the idea of caring for a pet yourself, but first, you’ve got to know these pet ownership rules in Singapore

1. Keeping more than 1 dog in a HDB – $4,000 fine

It’s common knowledge that HDB homeowners aren’t allowed to own bigger breeds of dogs such as German Shepherds and Golden Retrievers. In fact, there’s a list of 62 small- to medium-sized breeds that are HDB-approved, including cross breeds. The list is pretty extensive, and includes popular pedigrees like the Pomeranian and Poodle.

Interesting Pet Ownership Rules - Adopt K9 Unit Dogs Image credit: Singapore Civil Defence Force

The exceptions are Singapore Specials, which are larger street dogs that you can adopt through Project ADORE. You can even give retired K9s and sniffer dogs like Labradors and Cocker Spaniels a new lease of life under this scheme.

Regardless of whichever HDB-approved doggo you choose to bring home, just note that your flat can only house 1 dog. If you’re caught with multiple, you could be fined up to $4,000. Should you really want to own more dogs, you’ll have to move into a private property. Only then are you allowed up to 3, including larger dogs like Huskies.

But, there’s a list of specified dogs that private property owners can only rear one of. That’s why you don’t see too many of certain dog breeds such as Pit Bulls and Rottweilers strutting around landed residential areas.

2. Abandonment or neglect of pet – $10,000 fine or imprisonment

Introducing a pet into our lives requires responsibility and commitment on our part; it’s the least we could do for our pets that bring us so much joy every day. The law agrees, and that’s why the neglect and abandonment of pets will incur heavy penalties.

Pet owners have to make sure their pets are provided with adequate food and water as well as shelter among other conditions. It goes without saying that you also can’t eschew your pets outdoors to let them fend for themselves. Failure to do so carries a fine of up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 12 months

Interesting Pet Ownership Rules - Animal ShelterImage credit: @sosdsingapore via Instagram

Repeat offenders will face fines of up to $20,000 and up to 2 years behind bars. Of course, unforeseen circumstances can occur such as financial difficulties in providing for pets. If you’re in a similar rut, you can refer to this guide by SPCA on how to rehome your pets.

3. Rearing street birds such as rock doves – $500 fine

Interesting Pet Ownership Rules - Rock DovesImage credit: ChildLight via Flickr

If you, for whatever reason, would like to catch and own your very own uwu bird, well, unfortunately you can’t. The Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) specifies that you can’t rear “street birds” at home. This includes rock doves, house crows, common mynahs, and of course, the koel.

Fantail Pigeons As PetsYou won’t find this fantail pigeon cooing at you menacingly as you have your cai fan at your neighbourhood kopitiam.
Image credit: Luc Coekaerts via Flickr

However, you can own pigeons, just like any other kind of domestic bird. Ones like the wood pigeon and fantail pigeon are popular among the local bird community and legal to own.

Just note you’ll need a licence for bird rearing. People caught with unlicensed birds will be subjected to a fine of $500 as well as having their birds forfeited.

4. Not picking up your dog’s poop – $1,000 fine

Clean Up After Your PetsImage credit: SPCA Singapore via Facebook

This one’s a no-brainer – you’ve got to clean up after your pet has done their business. Most pet owners know this, but the amount you can get fined may surprise you. You may have to fork fines amounting to $1,000 for not picking up your pet’s droppings.

Technically, you have to wash or wipe away your pet’s pee as well. You wouldn’t want common areas such as void decks and lift lobbies to start stinking up, so do bring along a bottle of water or newspapers for future walks.

5. Rearing >10 chickens in private residences – $10,000 fine or jail time

Rearing Chickens In SingaporeImage credit: 3D Dieter Arens via Flickr

Singapore’s the last place on your mind when it comes to living off the land, considering the amount of resources we import. But it is possible to live the country life by growing your own edible plants, and even getting your own fresh eggs.

Sadly, rearing chickens in Singapore is a hobby only for those living in private residences. Those who live in HDBs will still need to head to supermarkets for their supply of kaya toast complements.

Aspiring farmers will have to adhere to certain rules of course, such as having your chickens caged or fenced up. There’s also a maximum of 10 chickens allowed per household. If you’re found with more than 10 non-commercial chickens, you can be fined up to $10,000, or jailed for up to a year.

6. Keeping exotic pets – $50,000 fine or imprisonment

Hornbill At The ZooEven though hornbills can be found in the wild in Singapore, they are better observed from afar in their natural habitat.

Animals such as hornbills and pangolins are classed as protected wildlife species, and are strictly off limits as far as keeping one as a pet goes. If you’re caught with one, you’ll be liable to a fine up to $50,000 and/or imprisonment for up to 2 years.

Hedgehog As Exotic PetHedgehogs are cute as heck but the penalties of owning one in Singapore most definitely are not.
Image credit: caijsa’s postcards via Flickr

There are uncommon pets in Singapore you can own in Singapore, but there are some that are deemed too exotic by law such as sugar gliders, hedgehogs, and tarantulas. These include endangered wildlife, those that may carry diseases, or can affect Singapore’s biodiversity, just in case they’re released into the wild.

Having these in your possession carries a heavy fine of $10,000 and/or jail time of up to 6 months.

7. Not leashing your dog in public places – $5,000 fine

It can be tempting to let your pet go leash-free, especially if you’ve got a canine that’s full of energy. But by law, dogs have to be on a leash in public areas. Although it’s not heavily enforced, leashless pooches can warrant a substantial fine of up to $5,000.

Leash Your Dogs In Public
Moreover, certain breeds of dogs will also need to don a muzzle when in public. These include:

  • Bull Terrier
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • German Shepherd Dog (and related breeds)
  • Rottweiler
  • Mastiffs such as the Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, and Dogue De Bordeaux
  • Crosses of any of the above

A similar fine of $5,000 will be imposed for first time offenders, and subsequent offences can see fines reaching up to $10,000

That said, having your dogs on a leash can also prevent you from racking up another surprising infraction. If your dogs are prone to running at people, vehicles, or bicycles along public roads, you can face a $1,000 fine as well.

8. Keeping cats in a HDB – $4,000 fine

Most pet owners will already know that cats are technically illegal to own in HDB flats. You can be fined up to $4,000 if you’re found harbouring a feline felon in your HDB.

No Cats In HDBImage credit: @pikatheragdoll via Instagram

Because cats are difficult to contain within flats, they’re prone to making a mess outside when they shed fur, urinate, and defecate indiscriminately. They also tend to produce caterwauling sounds, which may keep neighbours up at night.

Private homeowners can still choose to own a cat. If you do, be a responsible pet owner by cat proofing your home with mesh on the windows and balcony to prevent your fur baby from escaping and causing a nuisance to neighbours. You can check our guide for first-time cat owners on how to do so.

Pet ownership rules in Singapore with surprising penalties

There is no greater joy than returning home and being greeted with an excited fur kid whose whole world revolves around you. However, we must bear in mind and to abide by the various pet ownership rules in Singapore that ensure we treat our pets with care and responsibility.

Besides, potentially paying $5,000 the next time you have an untethered time at the park with your dog is just a huge bummer.

Chow Cute Cafe

Here’s a fun fact for you: chow chows are essentially the cats of the dog world. They’re known to be nonchalant and independent, and you’ll rarely see a hyperactive chow chow on the streets.

For those who are curious about this unique breed or simply obsessed with pooches, pay a visit to Chow Cute Cafe located at Seletar Aerospace Park. They have a bunch of charming chow chows to play with, plus a snowy white samoyed – need I say more? Read on to find out more about this puppy dreamhouse:

Guests are welcome to pet them, snap selfies, and give good ol’ belly rubs – you might even be rewarded with a couple of licks! And thanks to their chill temperament, these pups are kid-friendly too so you can bring the whole fam down.

Tips on preparing your cats for boarding

Sending your meowlings to a cat hotel can be daunting not just for pawrents but for your kitties too. Take note of these things you can provide to the hotel to ensure the well-being of your cat and others:

Proof of vaccination & recent flea and tick treatment

Most, if not all, pet boarding hotels will ask for proof of vaccination as a precaution so that your cat is less likely to fall ill while on staycation. You should also send your cat to be treated for fleas and ticks beforehand so other cats won’t pick up nasty pests during their stay. Your cat’s regular vet should be able to provide a medical chit stating their clean bill of health for both.

If you’re unsure of your cat’s vaccination history, you’ll need to schedule at least 2 vaccination appointments 2-4 weeks apart for a complete dose.

Food, feeding schedule & dietary requirements

Cats are not big fans of change. Put them in a new environment and they’re likely to protest by refusing to eat. To ease that transition, you can provide the cat hotel with your cat’s regular food and treats, as well as their portion sizes and feeding schedule.

Even if the hotel provides meals, you should still prepare a few days’ worth of food, just in case they do not take well to what’s being served. Having their own food also prevents stomach upsets that could lead to big messes outside the litter box.

Feeding cats

You should also let your cat’s caretakers know about any supplements, vitamins, and medication that your cat needs to take. Check in with the hotel if they’ll be able to accommodate these arrangements before making a booking. Most places will charge extra for such services.

Favourite toys, comfort pillows & blankets

Another way to ensure your cat’s comfort in a new place is to provide the cat hotel with pillows, blankets, and beds that they frequently use. Some cat hotels also recommend that owners leave behind a worn t-shirt or pillowcase so that cats have a familiar scent to put them at ease.

cat hotels singapore - ragdoll playing

And when it comes to playtime, your cats will be more inclined to come out of their shell with strangers when their fave toys are present. This way, they’ll pick up quickly that these strangers can be trusted to look after them.

Sending your cats to a cat hotel in Singapore

With these cat hotels, you can trust that your precious pets will be left in good hands while you enjoy your own trip away. Heck, your cats might even be reluctant to leave the luxuries of these cat hotels when there are such welcoming facilities around.

PetExpo 2022

I’m no animal communicator, but I have a message from your pets: PetExpo is back and they want to go. It’s the largest fair for pet owners to try and buy new pet products for Scruffy and Fluffy back home.

And even if you’re not yet a pawrent, there’s even a pet adoption drive for you to pick out a new furry companion. Happening from 25th-27th November 2022, here’s what you can look forward to at this year’s PetExpo:

Catch animal shows & competitions daily

Contrary to popular belief, the PetExpo isn’t just for pet owners. Even if you aren’t a proud pawrent yet, there’s plenty to see too. Come down and catch a parade of pets at the animal shows that happen daily – you’ll spot tonnes of rabbits, terrapins, British Shorthair cats, and even betta fish on display.

These showcases aren’t just for you to gawk at them like you’re at the Singapore Zoo. If these are pets you’ve always wanted to keep, you’ll get your chance to learn about these animals – from personalities and diet to toys and habitats.

The animal shows are just a small part of the action at PetExpo. There’s way more happening at the competitions for dogs and cats here.

The brightest and goodest of doggos show off their listening skills in a dog obedience competition. Then you’ll also see shabby floofs turn into preened pets as groomers are put to the test.

The highlight is the dog championship show where purebred canines go head-to-head to see who’s best in the show.

Adopt your own furry friend

When you’re surrounded on all sides by puppy-dog eyes and playful kittens, it’s going to be hard to resist wanting to bring one of these furpals home for yourself.

Well, you’re in luck, because there’ll be an adoption drive happening at PetExpo for aspiring pawrents looking for their next furbaby. You’ll be able to meet adorable pooches and kits from animal shelters all waiting for their forever home.

If any of them has captured your heart, there’ll be agents who will walk you through the pet adoption process before you get to take your new pal home.

Have fun with your furbabies at PetExpo 2022

Of course, this isn’t all you’ll be seeing at PetExpo this year. Pet merch shops will be setting up booths during the exhibition, where you’ll be able to score discounts and even snag freebies on toys and other necessities to spoil your furbaby with.

There are even talks happening throughout the event for new and experienced pet owners alike to become better dad dogs and meow mums. Learn from experts in the field as they share pet diet tips, as well as dog training hacks.

You’ll be able to get your tickets to PetExpo 2022 right at the door itself on the days of the event. 1-day passes go for $5/pax – and as many furbabies as you’re willing to bring. For a better deal, get the 3-day pass at $12/pax. This will cover you for the entire exhibition, so you won’t miss out on any of the activities here.
